OKRA PUNCH
Ingredients
- 10 okras (boiled)
- 1 cup oat milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup water or water from the boiled okra
- 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 1/4 cup honey/ sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp black Maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Refrigerate before serving or serve with ice.
